| Event Description | If you are wondering what you can do to raise some money for the Smile4Wessex Appeal, how about taking part in the Great South Run? The atmosphere is great with music playing along the route and supporters lining the flat, picturesque 10 mile course. The 10 mile run is being held on 28th October 2012, as well as the 5km run on Saturday 27th, if you don't feel up to the full 10 miles! There is also a mini (1.5km) and junior (2.5km) race held on Saturday 27th October. It is a great way to get kids involved and all runners receive a t-shirt, medal and finishers pack.
