In June, Kevin Matthews will take on the National Three Peaks Challenge, which is considered to be one of Britain's toughest outdoor challenges.

Tackling the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland, Kevin will climb 5,200 feet and trek 25 miles, as he summits Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis, to complete this incredible challenge.

Kevin is no stranger to fundraising, as last year he organised the very successful 2x2x24 challenge for his students at the Thomas Hardye School in Dorchester in aid of Smile4Wessex, after a colleague underwent two emergency operations at the Wessex Neurological Centre in May 2022. This brilliant fundraising event saw 17 young army and air cadets run 2 miles, every 2 hours for 24 hours, and earned Kevin our 2023 Smile4Rich Fundraiser of the Year Award at last years Gala Dinner.
