The Odiham Fire Show returned for the final time this year, in aid of The Fire Fighters Charity , Smile4Wessex, and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
The show featured modern and vintage fire engines, displays of Firefighting through the ages, trade & craft stands, fair ground rides.. there realy was something for everyone!
This was previously an annual event which was organised by Mick Paull, a Firefighter at Odiham, who tragically passed away in January 2018, after sustaining a severe head injury, and his family were keen to support the Firefighters Charity that had meant to much to him and those that had helped him in his time of need.
We were delighted to meet Linda this week who told us about the amazing event her dad her organised for many years and presented us with a cheque for £1765.75. We would like to thank Linda and her family for choosing to support Smile4Wessex at the event that was held in memory of a man who devoted 44 years of his life to the community of Odiham, and would have been so proud of everyone involved.
