Congratulations to William Edwards and Steve Caldwell, who completed their 100km Thames Path Challenge on Sunday 8th September at 03:52am, 20 hours and 42 minutes after they set off!
"it was a really great experience but was the hardest thing we have ever done. The last 30km was a real test as we walked through fog in the dark!"
Will chose to support Smile4Wessex in memory of his cousin Faye Holden, who sadly lost her life to Epilepsy in 2016, at the young age of just 25. Faye had suffered with Epilepsy since the age of 6 years old and had been a regular visitor to the Wessex Neurological Centre, and was always thankful for the treatment she received there, making this challenge particularly important to Will and his family.
We'd like to thank both Will and Steve for their continued support of the charity and congratulate them on completeing their latest challenge.
