It was such a pleasure to meet Anca on Friday 23rd June and introduce her to all the nurses on D Neuro at the Wessex Neurological Centre, where she was a patient 20 years ago, having a brain tumour removed, under the superb care of Mr Owen Sparrow.

Anca delighted the nurses with her stories from her time as a patient at the unit, and surprised them all with an incredible craniotimy cake and a generous donation  of £1000 to Smile4Wessex, in celebration of her special anniversary
