On Saturday 26th April, good friends Lauren, Amy, Clarice and Jade will take on the National Three Peaks challenge in aid of Smile4Wessex. 

They will attempt to climb the highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Mount Snowdon) in under 24 hours to raise funds for the charity, after a close friend of theirs was treated at the Wessex Neurolgocal Centre late last year, having been diagnosed with a brain tumour.

a very close friend of ours was very quickly diagnosed with a benign brain tumour just before Christmas.  Due to the size and symptoms she was operated on within a couple of days at Southampton. The care and support she received was phenomenal and without the quick actions of the team to remove the tumour she would have likely had severe irreversible symptoms by now [Lauren]
