A few weeks before Christmas Jim Simpson's life was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour following a seizure.
Whilst preparing to undergo treatment at the Wessex Neurological Centre, Jim's sons Cameron and Ewan were keen to support their dad whilst raising money for the unit where he was due to have surgery on New Year's Eve.
The trio embarked on their fundraising appeal "Trim for Jim", which saw all three of them have their hair shaved for Smile4Wessex, in support of the wonderful treatment Jim has received and continues to receive at the Unit.
But it hasn't stopped there... on learning of Jim's diagnosis, 7 of his work colleagues wanted to join in the fun for a good cause and so on Friday 11th January Nick, David, Craig, Ross, Simon, Steve & Stew will also "Trim for Jim"! Please support them by donating HERE
Jim, and his wife Lorna are so proud of their two boys are so grateful for the wonderful care they have received. If you would like to read their story and support Jim, please visit their fundraising page HERE
