Inspired by their friend, following his diagnosis of a brain tumour, 11 of Jim Simpson's work colleagues have braved the cold weather and held their own "Trim for Jim" to show their support as he undergoes treatment.

Jim and his two sons, Cameron and Ewan, initially reached for the clippers prior to his surgery, in a bid to raise money for the Wessex Neurological Centre, and on learning of Jims diagnosis were soon joined by work colleagues Aaron, Aidan, Craig, David, Ian, Ross, Simon, Steve, Stew, Stuart and Nick who all undertook their shave on the 11th January.
